The WLVS District is continually working to advance technological resources. Therefore, our district is implementing a state-of-the-art identification process called IDConnect, an educational biometric technology for meal counts. The official launch of the program is beginning in December. We sincerely apologize for not notifying parents of some school sites' initial setup and preparation. Attached are some answers to frequently asked questions.

Tomorrow, WLV HS and Family Partnership will have an early dismissal. With this being said, I'd like to point out that the campus will be closed to all students. Students will be provided with a meal at 11:15 and dismissed at noon.
Union Dress Up Days for Homecoming! Let's GO DONS!
Good Afternoon Dons. We were advised that the Home Volleyball game for today has been postponed until next Wednesday, September 6th (Varsity only), starting at 4:30. The Dons Soccer game scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed. Lady Dons Soccer will play tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. The administrative offices from WLVHS and FP wish everyone a wonderful and productive week. Please stay tuned for more information this week on HOCO 2023.
West Las Vegas High School and Family Partnership School Families: This message serves as a reminder that only Juniors and Seniors are permitted off-campus for lunch. Students are required to show their student ID to leave the campus. Freshman- and Sophomores are provided lunch in our cafeteria. If your underclassman wants to go for lunch, the parent or guardian must come and sign them out at the front office.
Las Vegas Youth soccer flyer. Still time to register your children for this season.
Attention West Las Vegas High School Families. This afternoon we placed our school on a lockdown for a short period. We had an angry individual at the front office, and we wanted to ensure all our populous on campus were safe. The lockdown was lifted in approximately 8 minutes. With that said, students and staff responded quickly and efficiently.
Attention staff, students and families, please see the attached flyer for information on a DONS TAILGATE before the game tomorrow. The football game starts at 7:00 PM. WLVS student will be admitted for free. Tickets for adults is $7.00 per ticket.
